What do you want a college to know about you?

This is really what you are answering in the Personal Statement. The essay prompts are relatively broad, so think about what you want a college to know about you. Personality, values, beliefs, life experiences, world outlook, are all cards on the table.

Ultimately, colleges want to know the student who will be on campus for four years, so let them get to know you.

How will you collaborate with what already exists? What will you contribute that is new?
